Coming from a sales background, I did what I had been trained to do. As a professional sales person the first response is to search for prospects. I actually opened the yellow pages to search for prospects. After a few seconds I closed the book as all commercial business are prospects and that is a good thing.

Early on our company morphed slowly from physically meeting with customers to responding to calls from the internet advertising. Over time our customers grew from Florida to the United States and then Global. Quite a few sales come from the Carribbean as they purchase every year for their season from October thru March. The raw cold weather of winter months sends people from all around the world to 84 degrees with crystal clear oceans. This makes for a wonder winter vacation. GSA is the government facility that connects us with the Federal Buyers for installations worldwide. Most if not all of these customers will purchase picnic tables from time to time.
