This ADA-compliant picnic table measures 46" in width and 57" in length and features a classic style with a square pedestal design. It has 3 attached seats made from 11 gauge sheet steel with a laser cut design, and seat support pieces also made from 11 gauge laser cut sheet steel. The top of the table has a 7 gauge x 1-1/2" flat bar center support and a mounting bracket understructure, all electrically MIG welded. The coating on the table is made from an oven-fused functionalized polyethylene copolymer-based thermoplastic, applied through a fluidized bed process for superior mechanical performance, impact resistance, and UV stability. The main support column is constructed from 4”x4”x11 gauge pre-galvanized structural steel tubing, while the arms are made from 2-7/8” O.D. x 12 gauge pre-galvanized structural steel tubing welded to 1/4” precision punched plates for attachment. The lateral seat support is created from 2”x2”x3/16” structural steel angle, and the seat attachment points are 10 gauge precision punched tabs. The table top attachment structure consists of 2”x2”x3/16” structural steel angle and 7 gauge x 1-1/2” steel flat bar. The frame is coated with an electrostatic powder coating and oven-cured for durability. All hardware for this picnic table is made from stainless steel, ensuring long-lasting use. The top measures 46" x 55" x 31-5/16” and the seats are 14-5/16” wide x 36” long x 18-5/16” high. The overall dimensions of the table, from outside to outside, are 80" x 71" x 31-5/16".
